Do I need Microsoft Teams Premium?+
No. DBird works with the standard free version of Microsoft Teams — as long as Live Captions is available in your meeting.
What languages are supported?+

Is my data private?+
Yes. All translation happens locally inside your browser using Chrome's built-in translation engine. No audio or text is sent to our servers.
Does the free plan have limits?+
The free plan includes 100 translations per day. Premium gives you unlimited translations with no daily cap.
Does premium cover Zoom too?+
Yes — one DBird Premium plan covers both the Teams and Zoom extensions.
Can I save my meeting transcripts?+
Yes. Enable Save Transcript in the extension settings. Transcripts are stored locally in your browser — never sent to a server. You can review, download, copy, or share them with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT from the Saved Transcripts page. They are automatically removed after 30 days.
Can I use both inline and chatbox mode?+
Yes. You can switch between them anytime in the DBird popup — inline shows translation below each caption, chatbox gives you a floating panel you can drag anywhere.
